Favorites

We are pretty into favorites around here. Brendan loves to tell us about his favorites, so I thought I’d share a few of mine.

First, we have a pet lizard. Technically he lives in the bushes out in front of our house, but he has clearly claimed us. We see this little teeny guy all the time, and this week we asked Brendan what he wanted to name him. Daddy suggested “Lenny” or “Lizzie” to which Brendan replied, “Nooooooo!” so we asked him what he thought we should name him. Brendan thought for a while and then proudly announced, “A cow!” so his name is officially “Acow the Lizzard”.

We went to the farmers market in San Francisco this weekend and Brendan will tell you it was, “So Fun”. We ate lots of yummy samples, got some supplies (i.e. cheese), saw a stunt airplane flying over the America’s Cup yacht races, and on the way out, got a balloon.

He also saw a whole bunch of bikes and actually asked Mommy to take a picture of him posing with them.

* Please note the new shoes – they are the next size up, and Brendan LOVES wearing them. He calls them his “Superman shoes”. It should also be noted that even Superman needs to recharge his batteries:

Daddy takes a little longer to upload his videos, but this parade happened when they were home sick together:

US blogger Tessa Martin created a blog called ‘Ex girlfriend’s revenge with the subtitle ‘Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned’. levitra 10 mg http://twomeyautoworks.com/?page_id=75 canada viagra no prescription The YES mantra will awaken you to realizing how perfect your life actually is and how amazingly powerful you truly are. These disappointments and hilarious behaviour of generic tadalafil prices local Chinese made me realize that things are falling to pieces for me if I will start thinking that it’s all disgusting. This is the reason why so many cheapest price for cialis see for source men find it difficult to cope with impotence.
Brendan is also putting together his own choo choo train tracks, and lining up his cars. And counting to at least 12 – but he always seems to forget “six”.

Transitions are complete at school, so all the old gang is back together in the Teddy Bear room. Because Brendan is an experienced Teddy Bear, he has been helping his new friends learn the ropes. Particularly the ladies. I went over one day and Brendan had a harem of girls (Harper, Ruby and Zara) that he was herding around. He would figure out what they should do and then say, “come” as he gently ushered them over with a hand on their back. I have to say, they were thrilled to follow him around the yard – particularly Harper. She stood with me and waved to Brendan as he rode around on his bike. Then she went with me to try to catch him saying, “I’m gonna get you….!” She wasn’t quite fast enough to catch him, so after he lapped her once, I watched him slow down so she could catch him. Good move, buddy! I also walked in one morning and there was a keyboard set up. Brendan couldn’t wait to get to it. I think I witnessed the next pop group forming:

The uncles brought home an awesome pool for Brendan. It comes with it’s own slide, so we don’t have to get creative with the other slide half way in the pool anymore. It’s hard to tell whether he likes it…
We set up the pool in the front yard and several of the neighborhood kids came over to play. One poor little guy ended up getting a bee sting on his heel. We felt so badly that he got stung on his first time at our house. We didn’t want that to be his lasting first impression, so we whipped up a batch of chocolate chip cookies.

I think they were a hit, because later, this was delivered:

There are infinite moments, and almost infinite videos and pictures I could share – but I suppose there are a few other things I should get done during nap time. This week Grandpa will celebrate his 80th birthday, and we are all going to stay at the beach for a few days. Brendan loves to tell people, “I go to peach for Grandma Grandpa birthday!” It will be an exciting week for sure!
